Stretching for Body-Mind

Virgil Cain Reed is introducing stretching for body-mind.  It incomrporates Hatha Yoga, Spinal Qigong, Thai-Chi Chuan, Optimal Breathing.  Saturdays at 9.30am - 10.30am.  Suggested donation $5.  There will be no classes on July 26th, August 2nd and 9th.

Youth Program

During the month of August the children may either play under the supervision of a babysitter or attend the regular service with their parents.

Movie Night

Next movie night will be on July 24th at 6.30.  We will be showing "A Field of Dreams" with Kevin Costner.
